Developed to be read by students in Class 4/5 - India, ages 9 to 11, the publication is also appropriate for younger and older youth.
It is available in 20 languages, including English, French and Spanish.

Source — “A Stitch in Time” (English) was written by Himadri Das, Veena Prasad, volunteers of Repair Café Collective India and Repair Café Bangalore Foundation, was illustrated by Ankitha Kini, and received substantive support from Mala Kumar. Supported by CISCO, it was published by Pratham Books (© Pratham Books, 2018) under a CC BY 4.0 license. The storybook was first released and is freely available on Pratham Books’ StoryWeaver platform.
Pratham Books was set up as a not-for-profit children's book publisher in 2004 with the mission to see 'a book in every child's hand'. Pratham Books is committed to providing children with the first step to literacy acquisition: Books. Their StoryWeaver digital library platform was established in 2015 to make books freely available, worldwide.
